Cancún Exclusive Space Мексика

This was our third trip to Club Med Cancun. We really love the atmosphere here and the staff from greeting you at the airport, to check in and out and everywhere in between is amazing! This was the first time with our grandkids and kids. Our granddaughter (8 yrs. old) really enjoyed kids club, the water park and the evening shows.

The G.O.s had incredible energy, creating a great atmosphere every night led by THEO the CDV, who was visible daily throughout the resort. We had the pleasure of spending time with Brito who is warm, friendly and truly represents the Club Med spirit!

We stayed in a renovated room that we found spacious and relaxing. Room was clean and refreshed daily.

The staff in the main restaurant were very attentive and friendly. We had the same server daily at breakfast, Manual and he remembered what we liked each day and was super helpful and friendly.
All of the bartenders at Las Velas and Marina bar were friendly, responsive and remembered you each day. The pool bartender Javier goes above and beyond and makes absolutely great drinks!

Highly recommend Club Med Cancun!

We had such a memorable stay at Club Med Cancún! The resort was very clean and well maintained, and the beach was beautiful. We’d especially recommend it to anyone who enjoys an active vacation—there was so much to do, including yoga, Pilates, beach volleyball, multiple pickleball sessions, running, Latin dance classes, and aqua fit!

The highlight, though, was definitely the GOs/staff. My partner and I are naturally quieter and more reserved, but they really brought us out of our shells and made us feel comfortable and included. We even shared meals with a few of them, which made the experience feel so personal. A special shout-out to all the activities GOs, especially Max, Carlita, Allan, Jorje, and Nelson! Everyone was so kind, and we were touched by how many staff members remembered our names.

The team at La Hacienda also deserves a shout-out, particularly Karla and Daniel, along with several other staff members who regularly looked after us with such warm, attentive service.

The food was good, with a varied selection that rotated daily. We especially enjoyed the freshly prepared options, including the fresh juices, omelette station, and salad bar.

Would we go back to Club Med? Absolutely! We’d love to explore other locations, too. The GOs truly made this trip memorable, and we hope to cross paths with them again someday!

We had an amazing family trip to Club Med! The food was incredible, the beaches were beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent all week. Our kids had a blast at the AquaMarina water park. We also visited Chichén Itzá and did the Akumal/Cenote excursion, both were fantastic, but Chichén Itzá was truly incredible. Highly recommend Club Med for a family vacation!
