Club Med Tignes is run to perfection by CDV Alex and his team - this was our 2nd time to CM TIgnes and did not dis appoint. Great ski area, Great Club Med, Great Go Team.

Big shout out to the following GOs who were phenomenal

What was poor was the fact that ski area was closed on 17th April due to huge overnight snow. Club Med will have claimed back cost of lift pass for the day from Tignes lift company but have refused to pass on the days refund, even in the form of a voucher.

Room was too hot and no way to control heat except by opening window all night. Canadians would like facecloths. Towel drying rack didn't work and was not addressed but otherwise all was good.

Good location and all inclusive ski in/out hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.
High recommend especially if you can book with a discount price.

In my experience of travelling with children on all inclusive holidays, it's rare to find that everything on arrival is perfect and exactly as expected. Our just finished trip to Club Med proved no exception. Not everything was perfect when we arrived (where is....) but and here is where the 4* review is so deserved it very quickly became perfect as a result of the actions of the Club Med tignes manager and his management team. I am so grateful for all the effort they went to in trying and succeeding to rectify my niggles and complaints. That is the mark of a great hotel, a great manager and most importantly a great management team. For that reason alone, I can whole heartedly heartedly recommend staying at the club med hotel in Tignes
