Punta Cana Домініканська Республіка

This was out third trip to this village. they just completed a major renovation after suffering a fire. the property is almost unrecognizable. On our last stay, I remember a high level of discomfort with the facilities , the untrained personnel and the ongoing construction. I vouched to never return. Finding that we had to travel to this location for other reasons, we decided to give it another try.
We had a great overall experience, albeit not perfect. nothing ever is.
Critique: the food is hit and miss. more quality control would take care of it. the towels are scarce, and the back part of the property where the soccer field, a new water park and a mini golf course is feels distant and abandoned.
Most personnel behaved and seemed better trained. there was only one cook, who was pervy toward my 24-year old daughter.
The rooms are new. larger layout makes sense. greatly surprised. The AC filters were dirty, and the AC units are noisy. the fan is on all the time, so humidity is not removed efficiently. the solution is to have all the thermostats reprogrammed by a qualified technician, not a very big deal.
My last critique is, the place is isolated and with string security. it is not easy to leave the property on you own terms, like Uber or have a friend pick you up. they will give local drivers a hard time for access. They want you to use their transportation services.

What a fantastic time it was here! My second time in Punta Cana and we had even more fun than our previous visit! Luca was in charge of the village at the time and did a brilliant job with the ambiance, shows and entertainment.
The Circus team was brilliant as usual, shout out to Arkadi the Supervisor for all his guidance.
Great service at the bar, Especially from Margaux who makes a mean cocktail.
Will definitely be coming back!

We loved the stay. We play a lot of pickle ball and the instructor was the best. Jay,came from vancuber Island .
He was the best trainer, fun very professional, friendly as well as his wife.

Awesome place with something for everyone—quiet spots, party vibes, beach workouts, and great drinks. The staff is what truly makes it special. I met so many wonderful people, but Dani, Yanet, Melanie WooHoo, Djenica, and Jorge in golf stood out. Even the housekeepers were great. And if you speak even a little Spanish, it really goes a long way.

I was there fo 10 nights. Once again, the magic worked its charm. The new facilities following the 2024 fire are splendid and very welcoming. There's no chance of getting bored with all the activities available day and night, for children, teens, and adults. Kudos to the entire Tiara team under Cristelle's excellent leadership. I will return.
