We had a flawless trip staying at the Club Med Samoens in early January 2025!!!! Everything from the activities to the quality d the food to the modern design of the hotel to the impeccable cleanliness of every aspect of this resort... Our ski guide Thomas was amazing and an absolute delight, definitely 5 Star
. Also I feel compelled to mention Ishaie, the Fitness instructor, who made the week amazing by his professional yet wonderfully warm manner and by introducing us to several different .new types of fitness classes that totally added to our experience of what a ski holiday should be!!!!!! Thank you !!!!!! We will definitely come again!!!!!

Just spent a week here. Ultimately you can't beat the Club Med package - they are just so good at it. This is our 5th ski holiday with them. Very modern hotel, well - equipped, in an excellent location. It is large - 1000 guests or so, so it does get busy. Very clean, and spacious. Food was good - not the best we've had at Club Med but more than acceptable. The ESF as ever were superb.
I'd come again.

Great location, amazing views and lovely experience, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and help. Went with family, and the entertainment and resources for the children had such a high standard every night with something for everyone to enjoy. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great holiday away

we were in Samoens for a short stay from December 26 to 29, everything was perfect, the bar team was superb, except that we were greeted by Jason, we do not understand how a person like him can be assistant to the village chief, not smiling, not welcoming and especially that we asked questions about the complex and he became extremely unpleasant. This person does not respect the values ​​of Club Med.
Fortunately the reception team was very available for questions that we cannot ask Jason.
