Marrakech La Palmeraie Марокко

I stayed at Club Med Marrakech from January 3rd to January 9th, 2026. The resort is beautiful, the food is excellent, and there are many opportunities to take part in sports. But for me, the highlight was the exceptional GO team.

Rere really made my stay memorable. From the first moment she was warm and open, and it immediately felt welcoming. She has a very natural way of making guests feel comfortable, and for me that really mattered during the stay. The resort is beautiful, but her care and attitude made it feel more personal and special. She was attentive and professional, but never distant. I also really appreciated that we could speak English, since I don’t speak French, which made everything easier and more relaxed.

I would also like to mention Molly, who works at the bar during the day. I usually had a tea there, and she was always very friendly and served me with a smile. It really made a difference and brightened my day. Ange-Marie also deserves a special mention as a tennis instructor. He is very professional, motivating, and helped me a lot to improve my tennis.

Overall, the GO team is a real asset to Club Med Marrakech. You can really feel their effort and energy, and that made my stay much better. They truly care about the guests, and because of that this holiday will stay in my memory.

The New year's Eve celebration was fun, led by the very energetic GO team.

The only issue is with the transfers to/from the airport... always a struggle to get on the right list to leave at the right time.

For us the trip was excellent because of the wrap around program they provided for parents and children. The mini club was structured and kids had something to do differently each day. So definitely 5 out of 5 stars for all the staff in the mini club, special mentioning of Rere, Amine and Aladdin! My daughter doesn’t speak French but they made sure she was welcomed and entertained.

My family are great Club Med fans, even though we're Anglophone. It is by far the best offering for an all inclusive family holiday with a certain amount of luxury and sophistication which is not excessively expensive. My wife and I have gone with our two young children several times to various Club Meds, and this time met up with my brother and his family and my mother. The weather was not great in Marrakesh over New Year, at least not at the beginning, but we still found the resort a great place to spend time together with our children of various ages. This Club Med is particularly beautiful and I imagine it is stunning in summer. Marrakesh itself is within easy reach. I was a little disappinted by the food, in comparison with the usually exceptional quality at Club Meds, but it was still nice. We always hope our children will go to the kids' clubs but generally they are not keen as the clubs are predominantly in French, which our children do not speak. Nonetheless, it was an excellent experience and we will very likely come back for another family
