Райське озеро Бразилія

We are a family of five who spent a week at Lake Paradise in March 2025. We took advantage of a flight deal from Chicago to Sao Paulo and found ourselves in Lake Paradise.

We had two, connected rooms. They were spacious and clean. Our kids loved the kids' club - in fact, they did not want to do anything else all week. We have three very different kids - and the kids' club counselors connected with them all. They had so much fun. 10 months later - and my kids still talk about Lia, Havaiana, and their other friends.

The food was also excellent - certainly some of the best resort food we've had in all of our travels. Our one daughter has a nut allergy and the Nutrition Team went above and beyond to make sure we knew all the allergens. Jeniffer and Sandy texted me each day with the menu and the allergens. Again - better than any other travel experience we've had.

My experience at Club Med Lake Paradise was, overall, very positive, especially because of the excellent sports and animation team, which is simply outstanding. A special mention goes to Sara and LaGuardia, who truly make a difference with their professionalism, friendliness, and contagious energy.

The hotel’s facilities are very good, with well-maintained pools, pleasant saunas, and a golf course that will surely please those seeking outdoor activities. The food is good, offering variety and quality in line with the resort’s proposal.

However, there are a few areas that require attention from the management. The rooms need renovation, particularly regarding the old air conditioning units, which no longer provide the comfort expected. Additionally, there was a significant communication failure with the guests: on our last day, the restaurant was closed for dinner due to the staff’s year-end celebration, without providing reasonable alternatives for the guests, which caused discomfort and frustration.

In summary, Club Med Lake Paradise boasts an excellent structure and outstanding staff, but it still lacks better communication and investment in renovations in some areas, particularly in the rooms. With these adjustments, the experience could be even closer to the excellence expected from the brand.

I had a wonderful time at club med lake paradise! I went with my family for a weekend get away and it was lovely. It was great to relax but also so much to do! I loved the adventure course and my family had a great time learning how to sail.

Fantastic team who work at Club Med made our stay memorable. Especially the sports, Tennis, Golf and Beach Tennis. Food was great too.
