A Memory to Keep – Club Med Kiroro Grand

Eight days at Club Med Kiroro Grand felt like stepping into a world where joy was choreographed, care was intentional, and every encounter became a keepsake.

From the moment we arrived, the G.O. team welcomed us with warmth and sincerity. Joa was a revelation—approachable, grounded, and someone I could have deep, meaningful conversations with. I was genuinely glad her Bali training was postponed—Kiroro needed her, and so did I.

Intho, who received us on arrival, quietly anchored our stay. He helped with bookings and offered calm, comfort, and reliability throughout the week.

Omen at the Teens Club was a gift to my boys. His gentle and engaging nature helped shift their perception from hesitation to excitement. They found belonging, and I found joy in watching them thrive.

Reuniting with Arda, whom I first met at CM Cherating, was a highlight. Like a little brother, seeing him happy and thriving in Japan brought me quiet happiness.

Jay from Welcome & Reception was a delightful surprise. We got to share meals together more than once—bonding over our mutual love for seafood and, to our surprise, discovering we share the same blood type. His charm, wit, and thoughtful conversation made each interaction feel light and memorable. Meeting him—and the rest of the incredible G.O. team—was a highlight.

Sergey was incredibly patient and encouraging during the power walk and Nordic walk sessions. His calm guidance made the experience enjoyable and grounding. Since that walk, I found myself doing a quiet leisure walk alone after every lunch—just me, the mountain air, and the silence. It became a cherished ritual, a time to reflect and simply be.

The F&B team was exceptional. Sam, the F&B manager, took feedback seriously—after I casually mentioned my love for seafood, she had Chef Dince John and his team prepare countless of special meal just for me. It was thoughtful and delicious. Eddy, Wisnu, Fin, and bartenders Dina, Bew, and James brought cheer and care to every meal. Even the omelette chef remembered my daily plain order—a small gesture that meant a lot.

Joining Zumba and dance classes with Nico and Cheryl was pure joy. Their energy and artistry made movement feel like celebration. The nightly performances were extraordinary—elegant, vibrant, and full of heart.

Kirby, the club’s DJ, kept the rhythm alive with her vibrant energy and seamless transitions. And Azura brought lightness and fun to the night scene—her presence made the parties feel spontaneous and inclusive, like joy was the dress code.

In just one week, we celebrated weddings, Halloween, and Christmas—each festivity infused with Club Med’s signature flair. Surreal, spontaneous, and perfectly orchestrated.

Other G.Os like Cay, Berfin, Josh, Jen, Ibra and the amazing family Hinako added layers of warmth and connection. Vicky at the boutique, Sobah and Ameen from housekeeping, and every G.O. we met made us feel seen, cared for, and celebrated.

A special applause goes to CDV Merlin, whose energy and leadership set the tone for the entire resort. Whether you’re a first-time GM or a returning guest, Merlin and her team welcome you with open arms and radiant smiles. Her presence is magnetic—she leads with heart, precision, and contagious joy.

This wasn’t just a holiday. It was a memory to keep. A constellation of care, connection, and celebration that I’ll carry with me—strategically, emotionally, and joyfully—for years to come.

Standout Staff: Stella and Arda Are Superstars!

Clubmed Kiroro Grand is a wonderful resort, but it's the people that make it exceptional. This trip was made unforgettable by two outstanding G.Os: Stella and Arda.

From the moment we arrived, their enthusiasm was contagious. They constantly hyped up the energy, whether we were at a show, at dinner, or just passing by. They have a special gift for making every guest feel included and excited. Their great personalities shine through in everything they do, and it’s clear they are passionate about creating a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

Leaving Kiroro Grand is hard because I will miss seeing their smiling, energetic faces every day. They are fantastic at their jobs and truly went above and beyond to make our trip incredible. Huge kudos to them both!

Exceptional Staff Made Our Holiday: Tong, Perla, and Sam Are Stars!

Our stay at Clubmed Kiroro Grand was elevated from great to absolutely extraordinary by three incredible staff members who treated us like family.

A massive thank you to Tong, the Bar Manager. His care and concern for me and my family were evident from day one. He took care of anything and everything we needed with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and valued. His professionalism and passion for his job shine through in everything he does. He doesn't just manage a bar; he creates a warm, welcoming environment for everyone.

We also must commend the incredibly talented Perla at the bar. Her passion for mixology is unmatched! She is so knowledgeable about every drink and even impressed us by identifying a cocktail just by smelling it! Her skill in mixing drinks is only surpassed by her super nice and friendly personality. We loved chatting with her and trying her creations.

Finally, a special mention for Sam, who consistently went above and beyond for our family. She showed so much care and concern, proactively helping us with everything we could want or need. Her kindness and dedication were a constant comfort and will always be remembered.

Tong, Perla, and Sam are truly precious assets to Clubmed. They are the reason we felt so at home and will be talking about this trip for years to come to our friends and family! Thank you all!

Masterclass Instruction and a Warm Welcome - The Staff Make This Place!

Our recent trip to Clubmed Kiroro was fantastic, largely thanks to two incredible staff members who went above and beyond.

First, my mountain boarding instructor, Fede. As an expert snowboard instructor, his skills are second to none. His teaching was an absolute masterclass. He is incredibly passionate about what he does, and that energy is infectious. Despite me being a beginner, he was endlessly patient, super detailed in his instruction, and remained professional throughout. I have immense respect for his knowledge and his teaching method, and I truly felt I was learning from the best.

Secondly, a huge shout-out to Bruno who led our walking tour of the resort. He was so warm and welcoming from the moment we met him. His professional and knowledgeable approach was complemented by a wonderfully laid-back nature that immediately made my entire family feel at ease. We felt so comfortable with him and enjoyed every minute of our tour. We absolutely loved him!

Thank you, Fede and Bruno, for making our holiday so memorable. You are both a huge credit to Clubmed.
